The special project for this class consists of making your own pet diary!!
If you choose to write your pet diary:
The first thing you have to do is to choose your pet: a toad, a cat, or an owl, and name it!
Then you are free to write about anything you like! You can write about how you met your pet: did you buy it or did you find it? You can also write about the first time you bathed it, or how you built its home. Maybe you can write about its first visit to the vet!! Anything will do!
I want you to write at least 5 diary entries, and each entry shouldn’t be less than 60 words.
Separate each entry by date, which means that you should start each entry putting a date.
The lessons will help you a lot to write your diary (specially the “Basic Care” section), so try to include as much information from them as possible.
If you write less entries, that’s ok, but you will also receive less points.
If you choose to draw your pet diary, the instructions are almost the same:
The first thing you have to do is to choose your pet: a toad, a cat, or an owl, and name it!
Then you are free to draw about anything you like! You can draw about how you met your pet: did you buy it or did you find it? You can also draw about the first time you bathed it, or how you built its home. Maybe you can draw about its first visit to the vet!! Anything will do!
I want you to draw at least 3 diary entries. You can draw, paint, or use your computer skills by making some graphics! In each drawing, please include a small text in which you explain what is happenning.
Separate each entry by date, which means that you should start each entry/drawing putting a date.
When you are done, please submit your drawing to an image hosting site like Photobucket. Attachments won't be opened!
The lessons will help you a lot to draw your diary (specially the “Basic Care” section), so try to include as much information from them as possible.
If you draw less entries, that’s ok, but you will also receive less points.
This project will give you 30 points, so make it worth those 30 points!! In order to motivate you a little bit, completing this project will get you a shiny award!!! Please send your projects to: [email protected] Due date: January 15th, 2024
